Vintage Vtg Composition Germany? Baby Doll Jointed TLC Creepy Haunted Clothes

I rescue these types of dolls from a rest-of-their-lifetime-darkness of being cast aside. He/She was very obviously loved at one point, but then forgotten. He/she is not happy as his extended family was in a beautiful display case and he/she was banished to an old basket. Not fair! Hoping someone will give her/him the attention and TLC he/she deserves! His/her arms move as does the head. No visible markings. Has molded blonde hair and blue eyes. Lots of TLC is needed. Right hand has thumb tip broken off. Perhaps he/she can have a new life as a film prop or an awesome artist can DIY/OOAK this precious one with a whole new look! Comes from a NON SMOKING home.

He/she has a homemade little outfit that has seams coming apart. By the pattern of this outfit, I am assuming this doll is a boy but nowadays that can't mean anything. You make it what you want it to be!
